
4 Apples of your choice
1/2 cup Oats
2 Tablespoons Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Block Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Confection Sugar
Peel and Chop apples
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, salt.
Add sliced butter and mix with hands until you have a crumble.
Set Aside
In a medium sized skillet add chopped apples, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar and cook until you can pierce with fork.
Move mixture into pie dish, top with oat topping and stick in the oven for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
Cream Cheese Topping
Mix half a block of cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar until soft.
Top onto your warm apple crisp
4 Apples
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Sugar
Core, Peel and Cut Apples into small chunks
Add apples, cinnamon, water and sugar to a medium sauce pan
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat
Let completely cool
Blend with an emersion blender until smooth
Refrigerate and enjoy!
